FAQ ABOUT BID DAY BASKETS

1. CAN BID DAY BASKET ITEMS BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED?
No, bid day baskets may not be returned or exchanged.

2. WHAT IF YOU RUN OUT OF A CERTAIN ITEM?
If we run out of a certain item, we will replace it with another sorority item of equal or greater value!

3. WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER FOR A BID DAY BASKET?
 The sooner the better! Baskets will be available to order until August 21st (the day before bid day). Orders will be processed in the order we received them! 

4. HOW WILL THE NEW MEMBER RECEIVE HER BID DAY PACKAGE? 
When you place your order you will be able to select either in-store pickup or local delivery. In-store pickup will be available August 23-25 from 1-4PM. If local delivery is selected we will contact the new member and schedule a time/location on campus to hand deliver the package! To get local delivery to appear as an option you will need to change your delivery location to Texas with the zip code: 78705 

ON BID DAY, AUGUST 22ND, ONCE YOU KNOW WHAT HOUSE YOUR NEW MEMBER HAS RAN HOME TO PLEASE TEXT (512) 294-0382 WITH THE NAME OF THE GIRL WHO WILL BE RECEIVING THE PACKAGE AND HER SORORITY!
